The historic Acetaia Malpighi brand has announced the creation of its new exclusive release, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Invecchiato.
For more than 200 years, the Malpighi family have been custodians of the recipe for real “natural vinegar”, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, passing on the technique from generation to generation, and carrying the legacy of this beautiful product from the past and into the modern world.
Last year, the company announced its debut in the travel retail market and earlier this year the company secured new listings with renowned global travel retailer Gebr Heinemann at Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport, and has followed that up with further listings at Turin and Bari airports.

Like all Acetaia Malpighi products, Invecchiato is created and aged according to special procedures, which allow it to carry the DOP mark designating its protected origin status. Only the best cooked and most sundried of grapes are used to create this luxurious elixir, and the exquisite liquid is formed in ancient barrels of specially-selected woods and bottled by dedicated experts.
