Italian luxury brand Moncler has unveiled its newest travel retail home at Rome’s Fiumicino International Airport (FCO), enticing travellers with a true luxury experience as they travel in or out of the iconic city.
Moncler’s new store at Fiumicino continues the brand’s trend of creating vibrant, exciting spaces for shoppers. Using Moncler’s striking visuals, the store crafts a space which invites visitors to discover the brand by exploring its offer through the products on-show, continuing Moncler’s outstanding journey of creating bespoke in-person experiences.
Located in Terminal 1 at FCO, the store leverages the striking black and white marble which is the root of the brand’s iconic look.
A striking and innovative façade creates an eye-catching and disruptive moment for passing travellers, drawing them into the world of Moncler. On entry, visitors are greeted by mannequins wearing Moncler’s famous puffer jackets and once inside, the gallery approach showcases Moncler’s collections in an engaging way, which creates moments of discovery for shoppers. The mirrored walls and furniture create a sense of space which draws shoppers into Moncler’s world, creating a moment of calm during their journey.
Marco Passoni, 2.0 & Partners, Senior Executive VP, says: “No brand is creating bespoke and outstanding luxury experiences like Moncler today. This new store at the revamped Terminal 1 in Rome Fiumicino Airport is the latest example of the brand’s brilliance, bringing its instantly recognisable style and story to life for travelling shoppers looking to extend their Italian experience at the airport.
“Done right, luxury experience such as this elevate both airport retail and the brand’s ability to engage consumers and Moncler continues to be a leader in both areas.”
The store opened its doors in November.
