2.0 & Partners announces appointment of beauty expert Monica Casali Belostock

2.0 & Partners is delighted to announce that Monica Casali Belostock has joined the team as a Senior Partner.

A beauty expert, with more than two decades of experience in the industry, Monica has a proven track record in driving success for brands in the sector, from global names to new and independent beauty brands. Having worked with Nivea and LVMH Group in her previous roles, she brings a passion for deploying processes and strategies to create dynamic opportunities and thriving businesses for her partners.

Monica has a deep understanding of the travel retail channel, having spent more than a decade with BVLGARI Perfumes working as part of the brand’s travel retail team and she is passionate about partnering with brands seeking to create sustainable growth within this vibrant and unique market.

Based in San Francisco, Monica joins the global 2.0 & Partners team, with a particular focus on the key North and South American markets, which have been key drivers of growth and recovery in the wake of the pandemic.
